BP Prudhoe Bay Royalty Trust (BPT): now $1.405 per share quarterly dividend, was $1.087.

CBL Properties (CBL): now $0.25 per share quarterly dividend, was $0.075.

CF Bankshares (CFBK): now $0.05 per share quarterly dividend, was $0.04.     

Crescent Point Energy (CPG): now CAD 0.08 per share quarterly dividend, was CAD 0.07.

Dr. Reddy’s (RDY): now INR 30.00 per share annual dividend, was INR 25.00.

Enterprise Products Partners (EPD): now $0.475 per share quarterly dividend, was $0.465.

John B. Sanfilippo & Son (JBSS): now $0.75 per share annual dividend and $1.50 per share special dividend, was $0.70.

Life Storage (LSI): now $1.08 per share quarterly dividend, was $1.00.

MV Oil Trust (MVO): now $0.70 per share quarterly dividend, was $0.42.

PB Financial (PBNC): now $0.31 per share quarterly dividend, was $0.29.

Premium Income Corporation PFD SHS (PIC.PRA:CA): now CAD 0.2156 per share quarterly dividend.

Primaris Real Estate Investment Trust (PMREF): now $0.066 per share quarterly dividend.

PS Business Parks (PSB): now $5.25 per share quarterly dividend, was $1.05.

Ranger Oil (ROCC): now $0.075 per share quarterly dividend.

Simpson Manufacturing (SSD): now $0.26 per share quarterly dividend, was $0.25.
