Host Hotels & Resorts (HST): now $0.15 per share quarterly dividend, was $0.12.

Labrador Iron Ore Royalty (LIFZF): now CAD 0.65 per share quarterly dividend, was CAD 0.50.

National Fuel Gas (NFG): now $0.495 per share quarterly dividend, was $0.475.

Omega Flex (OFLX): now $0.33 per share quarterly dividend, was $0.32.

Ovintiv (OVV): now $0.30 per share quarterly dividend, was $0.25.

Presidio Property Trust (SQFT): now $0.023 per share quarterly dividend, was $0.022.
