Diversified Healthcare Trust (DHC): now $0.01 per share quarterly dividend, was $0.15.

Elmer Bancorp, Inc. (ELMA): suspends its quarterly dividend, was $0.30.

Gannett Co., Inc. (GCI): suspends its quarterly dividend, was $0.38.
