Eastgroup Properties (EGP): now $0.79 per share quarterly dividend, was $0.75.

FFW Corporation (FFWC): now $0.25 per share quarterly dividend, was $0.23.

First Midwest Bancorp DP SH C (FMBIO): now $0.4375 per share quarterly dividend, was $0.277.

Fresnius Medical Care AG Common Stock (FMS): now $0.491 per share annual dividend, was $0.45.

Highway Holdings (HIHO): now $0.10 per share quarterly dividend, was $0.08.

II-VI 6.00% Series A Preferred Stock (IIVIP): now $2.80 per share quarterly dividend.

Kilroy Realty (KRC): now $0.50 per share quarterly dividend, was $0.485.

Lam Research (LRCX): now $1.30 per share quarterly dividend, was $1.15.

LCI (LCII): now $0.75 per share quarterly dividend, was $0.65.

Mannatech (MTEX): now $0.16 per share quarterly dividend, was $0.13.

New Fortress Energy (NFE): now $0.10 per share quarterly dividend.

Nomad Royalty (NSRXF): now CAD 0.005 per share quarterly dividend.

Northrim Bancorp (NRIM): now $0.35 per share quarterly dividend, was $0.34.

Piper Sandler (PIPR): now $0.30 per share quarterly dividend, was $0.20.

TORM (TRMD): now $0.85 per share semi-annual dividend, was $0.10.

United Bancshares (UBOH): now $0.14 per share quarterly dividend, was $0.07.

Firms Lowering Their Dividends This Week                                  

China Mobile (CHL): now HK$1.53 per share semi-annual dividend, was USD$0.999.

Empire State Realty Trust (ESRT): suspends its Q3 and Q4 dividend, was $0.105.

Frontline (FRO): now $0.50 per share quarterly dividend, was $0.70.

Mesa Royalty Trust (MTR): skips August monthly distribution, was $0.0237.
