Aon (AON): now $0.615 per share quarterly dividend, was $0.560.

Agree Realty (ADC): now $0.243 per share monthly dividend, was $0.240.

Choice Properties Real Estate Investment Trust (CHP.UN:CA): now CAD 0.0625 per share monthly dividend, was CAD 0.0617.

CSW Industrials (CSWI): now $0.19 per share quarterly dividend, was $0.17.

Mexico Energy (MXC): now $0.10 per share special dividend.

Proctor & Gamble (PG): now $0.9407 per share quarterly dividend, was $0.9133.

Sensata Technologies (ST): now $0.12 per share quarterly dividend, was $0.11.

Star Group (SGU): now $0.1625 per share quarterly dividend, was $0.1525.

Tanger Factory (SKT): now $0.245 per share quarterly dividend, was $0.220.

Targa Resources (TRGP): now $0.50 per share quarterly dividend, was $0.35.

Teleperformance SE (TLPFY): now EUR 3.85 per share quarterly dividend.

Firms Lowering Their Dividends This Week                                                            

First Republic (FRC): now suspending quarterly cash dividends on seven of its preferred shares.

Flexible Solutions International (FSI): now $0.05 per share special dividend, was $0.075.

Office Properties Income Trust (OPI): now $0.25 per share quarterly dividend, was $0.55.

Source Rock Royalties (SRR:CA): now CAD 0.0055 per share monthly dividend, was CAD 0.015.
