Cinver Resources (CINR): now $0.5575 per share quarterly dividend, was $0.551.

Delphi Automotive (DLPH): now $0.29 per share quarterly dividend, was $0.25.

EPR Properties (EPR): now $0.32 per share monthly dividend, was $0.30.

Fastenal (FAST): now $0.30 per share quarterly dividend, was $0.28.

Glen Burnie Bancorp (GLBZ): now $0.10 per share quarterly dividend, was $0.07.

Kaiser Aluminum (KALU): now $0.45 per share quarterly dividend, was $0.40. 

Nordic American Tankers (NAT): now $0.43 per share quarterly dividend, was $0.38.

Omega Healthcare Investors (OHI): now $0.57 per share quarterly dividend, was $0.56.

Realty Income (O): now $0.1985 per share monthly dividend, was $0.191.

Saratoga Investment (SAR): now $0.40 per share quarterly dividend, was $0.36.

Standard Motor Products (SMP): now $0.17 per share quarterly dividend, was $0.15.

Universal Insurance (UVE): now $0.14 per share quarterly dividend, was $0.12.
