Cheniere Energy (LNG): now $0.33 per share quarterly dividend.

China Petroleum & Chemical (SNP): now RNB 0.16 per share semi-annual dividend, was RNB 0.13.

Lamar Advertising (LAMR): now $1.00 per share quarterly dividend, was $0.75.

KKR Real Estate Finance Trust (KREF): now $0.4604 per share quarterly dividend, was $0.4300.

New Jersey Resources (NJR): now $0.3626 per share quarterly dividend, was $0.3325.

North West Company (NNWWF): now $0.37 per share quarterly dividend, was $0.36.

Public Service Company of New Mexico PFD 4.58% (PNMXO): now $1.145 per share quarterly dividend.

Thornburg Income Builder Opportunities Trust (TBLD): now $0.1042 per share monthly dividend.

Victory Capital (VCTR): now $0.15 per share quarterly dividend, was $0.12.

West Fraser Timber (WFG): now CAD 0.25 per share quarterly dividend, was CAD 0.20.
