Eastern Bankshares (EBC): now $0.08 per share quarterly dividend, was $0.06.

Essential Properties (EPRT): now $0.25 per share quarterly dividend, was $0.24.

Federal Agricultural Mortgage Corporation PFD C FIX TO FLT (AGM.PC): now $0.375 per share quarterly dividend.

First Savings Financial (FSFG): now $0.36 per share quarterly dividend, was $0.18.

Garmin (GRMN): now $0.67 per share quarterly dividend, was $0.61.

National Grid (NGG): now $2.2812/ADS final dividend, was $1.1285.

Sabine Royalty Trust (SBR): now $0.2938 per share monthly dividend, was $0.2516.
